[R02210-10]
Aluminum (metallic) linear variable beamsplitter: BK-7 (R02210-10) has a density of 0 to 1 and is designed to split an incident beam into a transmitted and a reflected beam. Protected aluminum is used as the beamsplitting material. Aluminum is substantially less absorbing than the conventional inconel type coating material. Both surfaces are coated with a broadband anti-reflection coating to reduce secondary images. The filters are designed to be used at zero degrees.
