Variable Dielectric Linear Beamsplitters for Excimer Laser

Variable Dielectric Linear Beamsplitters are designed to be used with high power lasers. The filters can be used to split laser radiation in wavelength region from the UV to the Far IR. The filter consists of fused silica substrate with graded dielectric layers with low absorption losses. If the beamsplitter filter is used for a fixed wavelength then it will have different reflection values at different areas along its length, which makes it possible to set the desired reflection / transmission ratios between 10% and 90%. Conversely, if the wavelength is changed, the reflection / transmission ratio will change. Rear surface has a broadband anti-reflection coating for 45 degrees.
