Reynard Corporation, a leading global supplier of optical components and thin film coatings, announces their expansion with a new Custom Optical Sub-Assembly Department. In addition to manufacturing precision custom optical components, we now offer services to provide high quality optical assemblies and subassemblies.

Our premier engineering staff is experienced in the design of optical coating technology and in the manufacturing techniques that produce repeatable and dependable products. Reynard Corporation has all the facilities necessary help guide our customers from the initial design concept to the final production. These facilities include optical and mechanical fabrication, thin film coating, sub-assemblies, calibration, and final assemblies. Optical sub-assemblies are built within our 4,000 sq. ft. Class 1000 clean room ensuring that our customers receive high quality products, every time.

Reynard Corporation designs and manufactures opto-mechanical sub-systems for a variety of industries. Markets we currently serve include aerospace, medical, telecommunication, military, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), though our experience and skills cover most every industry where optics is required. From a simple filter and beam splitter assemblies to complex optical sub-assemblies, we draw on our proven internal expertise to provide you with any level of assembly required.  

All work is done at our manufacturing facility within our optical design department with opto-mechanical engineers standing by to lend their expertise. In continuing our commitment to quality we ensure that every optical sub-assembly goes through the same high-standard testing and inspection process for which Reynard Corporation has become well known.
