Quality Assurance Manager
Provide daily direction to a small staff of quality assurance inspectors. Provide daily oversight and expertise in assessing compliance of manufactured items to written specifications. Review incoming build-to-print RFQ's for quality assurance provisions and provide input as required to quotation process. Generate appropriate verification / inspection reports as required to fulfill customer quality provisions. Provide input for quality assurance-related continuous improvement initiatives. This is a growth position reporting directly to President.
· Working knowledge of ISO 9001 principles and practices.
· Familiarity with statistical sampling plans
· 3-5 years in Quality Assurance capacity
· Experience in optics / directly related field a plus
· Full-time, entry level position
