• 5-10 years in Quality Assurance management role, including evidence of daily operational management and supervision of a Quality Assurance Department.
• Keen understanding of quality processes / procedures / protocol including Material Review Board (MRB) and Non-Compliant Material Review (NCMR) activities
• Experience with one or more of the following standards and related terminology /  nomenclature:
  • ISO 2859-1 (1999)
  • MIL-STD-105E
  • ANSI / ASQ Z1.4
• Computer Skills: proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Data Analysis Add-In or other equivalent statistical data analysis software) and Microsoft Word, email
• Fluent [spoken / compositional] English skills required
• Education: BA / BS preferred, not required
• Permanent U.S. Resident

• Manage and lead up to five [5] Quality Assurance Technicians in execution of all QA related tasks and activities
• Implement and maintain departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Forms as required
• Prepare department annual budget and goals.
• Prepare and annually review Job Descriptions for all Quality Assurance positions
• Provide accurate, timely, and thorough status of active jobs in QA department
• Resolve resource allocation and effectiveness issues within QA department
• Establish and maintain a work environment that encourages and enhances productivity, communication, and progress.

Sales Engineer

BASIC FUNCTION:  The Sales Engineer is the primary contact for Customers in the Sales department at Reynard Corporation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The initial point of contact for Customers.
• Promote Reynard Corporation capabilities.
• Develop quotes in response to Customer RFQ.
• Provide order management.
• Follow up on referrals and warm leads.
• Support outside sales positions.

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years industry or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with the following programs:
  • Word
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
• Fluent in compositional and conversational English.

Coating LAB Technician

BASIC FUNCTION: The Coating Technician provides technical proficiency and support in the Coating Lab at Reynard Corporation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Lab Manager with maintaining work and delivery schedules.
• Clean substrates for coating.
• Spectral Testing of coated samples.
• Assist other technicians in loading and unloading of vacuum chambers.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0-1 years in related field.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings/specifications.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills, including:
  • Word
  • Excel
• Fluent in operation of the following simple tools:
  • Digital / analog calipers.
• Able to lift 20 lbs.
• Fluent in compositional and conversational English.
