Short-wave Pass Filters: Infrared
Infrared Short-wave Pass (IR SWP) Filters transmit wavelengths shorter than their specified 5% cut-off wavelength and block longer wavelengths. Stock filters are optimized for collimated input at normal incidence and ambient temperature (0° AOI, f/inf, 298K). Out-of-band (OOB) transmission levels are <=0.1% average and <=1% maximum in the cited blocking range. Custom infrared short-wave pass filters can be designed, manufactured, and verified to meet almost any spectral and/or system operating requirement upon request.
