The fused silica neutral density filter is a glass plate with a durable metallic coating that attenuates radiation over a wide spectral range, 200nm to 2500nm. The filter consists of a vacuum coated spectrally neutral metallic alloy which can be used with white light as well as lasers. These filters are available in any size, density and wavelength on special order. The ND coating is useable from 200nm to 2500nm and calibrated at 510nm.
